MSQH Complaint Management
MSQH Complaint Management is an online service that manages complaints on the accreditation status and complaints on the misconducts of MSQH accredited organisations or its members as well as the MSQH services.   MSQH clients who are the client organisations, trainee surveyors, surveyors and other stakeholders involved in the activities related to the MSQH Accreditation Programmes can file a formal written complaint to the MSQH Secretariat by completing Complaint Form C1 or by any other means such as verbally, emails or letter.  Every inquiry and complaint will be given due attention, in line with its value to achieve excellence through continuous improvement evidenced by good governance and professional management.
