The Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) is the leading quality and international accrediting organisation in Malaysia, as well as a driver of long-term improvements in healthcare.

When you join MSQH, you join an association of dedicated like minded just like you, working towards quality improvement in enhancing staff and patient safety. Our members includes accredited or working towards accreditation, healthcare facilities or professionals which committed to patient care and safe delivery, and recognise the need for continuous quality improvement.

Professional Development@

Prospect of being trained as an MSQH surveyor and subsequently participate in the accreditation survey programmes with the potential for promotion to Chief Surveyor (subject to terms and conditions) for an ordinary member.

Opportunity to present papers or deliver talks on healthcare-related issues at international and/or local conferences /workshops /seminars (with discounted rate).

Ordinary Membership@
  • Ordinary Membership shall be available to individuals above the age of 18 years who are interested in quality in health and are working in healthcare facilities, healthcare education institutions or healthcare related services.
  • All applicants for Ordinary Membership shall agree to abide by this Constitution.
  • Application for Ordinary Membership shall be in writing to the Society or in any other manner which may be determined from time to time by the Committee.

Corporate Membership@
  • Corporate Membership shall be available to any legally constituted healthcare facility, service or society.
  • All applicants for Corporate Membership shall agree to abide by this Constitution.
  • All applicants for Corporate Membership shall be in writing to the Society or in such a manner determined from time to time by the Committee.

Associate Membership@
  • Associate Membership shall be available to organisations or individuals who are not eligible for ordinary or corporate membership or who are eligible for ordinary or corporate membership but are non-citizens of Malaysia, organisations incorporated outside Malaysia, or any other person interested in quality in health.

Life Membership@
  • The Committee may consider life membership to individual members, who have maintained their membership for more than 3 years consecutively and opt to become a life member by paying a one time payment of RM500.00

Honorary Life Membership@
  • The commitee may appoint anyone who in their opinion merit due recognition as Honorary Life Member
  • Honorary Life member shall be exempted from paying registration fees and annual fees.
